Takarai Kinryo storytelling event held!
New Grand Hotel will host a storytelling event by Takarai Kotoryo, who was recently promoted to full-fledged performer in 2024.

Born in Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture, he became a disciple of Master Takarai Kotobai in 2010.Takarai Kotoryo, who was promoted to futatsume in 2013 and appointed as Yamagata Special Tourism Tsuyahime Ambassador in 2018, will be promoted to shin'uchi in 2024 and take on the name of Takarai Kotoryo IV.Take this opportunity to enjoy the performances of this talented storyteller, Yamagata's first master, who performs around 250 shows a year, mainly in the Kanto region.
